Born in Townsville, Queensland, Taylah Robertson first made her mark as an amateur, winning bronze for Australia at the 2018 Commonwealth Games. After turning professional in 2020, she looked beyond the Australian circuit for the sparring, visibility and promotional reach needed to compete at world level. Miami's year-round training conditions, deep boxing culture and access to major camps and global broadcasters drew her across the Pacific. She relocated to South Florida to chase bigger fights, sharper preparation and a shot at becoming a global name in women's boxing.
